Job Opening: Customer Service / Administrative Assistant
Location: Ontario, CA 91761
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.
Shift: 1st (7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Job Summary:
Join a dynamic and supportive team as a Customer Service Associate / Administrative Assistant. This role supports both customer service and administrative operations to ensure smooth order processing, effective communication, and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate sales and purchase order entry/processing (EDI & manual)
Communicate with customers and vendors via email and phone
Resolve order issues and ensure timely communication with sales/distribution
Assist callers and provide requested information
Address customer questions on pricing, inventory, product use
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Perform general administrative tasks
Stay updated on policy/procedure changes
Maintain cooperative relationships with team members and public
Respond to inquiries about shipment status and provide relevant documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and manage processes efficiently
Knowledge of inventory control and supply management
