Responsibilities
- Develops and executes rental sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Hires, trains, and ensures continuous development of rental employees
- Oversees performance metrics, ensuring financial targets and market share objectives are met
- Collaborates with leadership to maintain competitive rental rates and track lost rental opportunities
- Conducts regular branch visits and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and business operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and five to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Heavy Equipment Industry experience a must.
