A new spa in downtown area inside of a luxury hotel is seeking skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance and health of clients' skin while delivering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Your expertise in various techniques and treatments will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Administer advanced treatments such as Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers when certified.
- Provide hair extension services and makeup application to enhance client aesthetics.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and overall skin health.
- Assist with sales of skincare products and services to meet client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proficiency in various esthetic techniques including deep tissue massage, straight razor shaving, barbering, and cosmetology is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent sales skills to promote products and services effectively.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
- Knowledge of hair extensions is a plus but not mandatory.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of esthetics.
