IN HOUSE >No selling or billing< - We are looking for professional plumbers for existing clients
We are looking for plumbers who are experienced in snaking, hydro-jetting, and repiping. Additionally, we are searching for experienced repairs and maintenance technicians to join our team in various parts of Los Angeles. Individuals must have experience and be very customer service-focused. This position requires traveling to various properties located all around the city. Some duties will include but are not limited to; completing maintenance service requests, drywall, painting, installing flooring, some plumbing, apartment turnovers, appliance repairs, electrical repairs, cleaning grounds etc..
Qualifications:
*Prefer at least 2 years of experience in multifamily buildings or relevant maintenance experience a must!
*Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success.
*If you are skilled in one area over others, that's fine, we are looking for service techs that specialize in the following trades as well
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Drywall Paint
- Roofing

Pay : A minimum $30 hour+ Mileage + OT + benefits (some after vesting 12-24 months)
