Seeking Commercial HVAC services technicians to travel OC, LA, IE, SD. Direct Hire position. Pay is depending on experience.
Job Duties Include But Not Limited to:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems (filters, belts, lubrication, etc.)
- Inspect system components (fans, compressors, thermostats, etc.)
- Clean evaporator and condenser coils
- Check refrigerant levels and recharge systems if needed
- Calibrate system controls for efficiency
- Diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
- Replace faulty components like motors, sensors, valves, compressors
- Use meters, gauges, and specialized tools for diagnostics
- Respond to emergency repair calls
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 Years commercial experience
- Must have experience in large commercial projects
- Must have EPA certifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
