What You’ll Do
Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and in-person client visits
Follow up consistently with warm leads and prospects to build your pipeline
Present and promote our HVAC products and marketing programs
Build lasting relationships with wholesalers, and purchasing managers
Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and internal teams for a seamless customer experience
Stay ahead of the curve by tracking HVAC trends, competitive products, and market developments
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client feedback, and order status
Submit reports and sales forecasts to management as needed
Who You Are
2+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry or B2B environment preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus
Comfortable with cold calling and persistent follow-up
Outgoing, professional, and personable
Able to handle rejection and bounce back positively
Self-motivated and goal-driven
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
