**The Floor Manager position has a base pay of $17.50-$20.00/hr, with bonuses that can raise your pay up to an additional $10/hr each pay period**

We are seeking a full-time candidate to join our team as our Floor Manager to help build our future. The Floor Manager will work alongside team members ensuring that our customer experience, store procedures and facility management achieve the highest standards. This individual will play an integral role in effectively communicating initiatives from senior management to the team. The Floor Manager will support daily operations of the business including training of team members.

Requirements:

● 1-2 years prior experience leading and developing retail teams
