Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated Brand Customer Service Specialist who thrives at the intersection of client success, product expertise, and sales support. In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships, drive product understanding, and help event and printing professionals find the best solutions. If you have experience in customer service or sales, especially in the printing or event planning sectors, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Insight & Relationship Management
- Conduct proactive outreach to understand client needs and build trust.
- Maintain regular communication to encourage repeat business and referrals.
2. Sales Support & Deal Closing
- Guide clients through product selection, pricing, and order finalization.
- Handle objections and negotiate deals to meet conversion goals.
3. Industry-Specific Expertise
- Stay current on trends in printing/event tech and provide informed recommendations.
- Translate complex product specs into client-centered solutions.
4. Feedback & Collaboration
- Record key client insights in CRM; collaborate with marketing/product teams.
- Help optimize internal workflows and service processes.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years in customer service or sales
- Experience in the printing or event planning industry is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
Traits:
- Self-motivated and organized
- Passionate about delivering customer success
- Comfortable using data to guide decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Background in offline customer service, retail consulting, or client onboarding
- Understanding of social media, photography a plus
- Proficient with MS Office

- Leadership experience in clubs, organizations, or mid-level management preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
