What you’ll do:
Responsible for welding and reworking products using MIG/TIG techniques per specifications and blueprints.

Perform MIG/TIG welding (AWS 3G/4G) on steel, stainless, and aluminum per blueprints and weld symbols

Set up and maintain welding equipment; follow detailed operator instructions and quality standards

Inspect work and prior processes to ensure quality and production flow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; support 5S and lean initiatives
What you need to be successful:
- High School Diploma or GED; excellent attendance and positive attitude

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications

Pass a welding certification test; prior welding experience/certifications preferred

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Willingness to rotate across weld areas, wear PPE, work overtime, and pursue skill development
