Lash Technician/Artist Opportunity (5+ years of experience required)
Lashlette is bringing a refreshing eyelash experience to Los Angeles. We are looking to build our team of talented, professional technicians capable of providing first-class eyelash extensions to our elite guests.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform eyelash extensions and treatments according to our unique styles and the individual needs of our clients.
- Create an excellent consultation experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude.
- Provide recommendations and education to guests on proper eyelash maintenance and aftercare.
- Maintain retention by obtaining high customer reviews while exceeding client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 Years of Experience
- Must submit a profile of work including customer reviews, and references (Instagram page and handle is accepted if photos are current)
- Must be consistent, reliable, and have integrity
- Experience in all classic applications, including applying full sets, volume lash, lash lifts, and fills, and have proof of work for all services
- Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques or change techniques when necessary.
- Possess a positive, proactive, upbeat, and personable demeanor and attitude. Good calm energy is a must.
- May require multiple auditions with staff and clients prior to hire
