Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities-
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and package units.

Conduct repairs on various HVAC systems and components as needed.

Install new HVAC systems and ensure they are functioning properly before completing the job.

Collaborate with the building automation systems team to integrate controls and improve system efficiency.

Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions to customer issues.

Document work performed and maintain accurate service records.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC is preferred.

Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.

Familiarity with building automation systems and controls is a plus.

EPA certification is required.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
