HVAC Service Technician – Direct Hire
Location: LA County, Ventura County, and Santa Barbara County
Pay Range: $25 – $30/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join a reputable and growing team serving Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties. This direct hire role is ideal for someone experienced in residential heating and air conditioning systems, who enjoys field work and providing high-quality service to homeowners.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of residential HVAC systems, ensuring customers receive professional, timely, and effective service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and seasonal system tune-ups
- Install and replace HVAC components (e.g., pumps, motors, air ducts)
- Review system performance and make adjustments for optimal function
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain service options
- Recommend maintenance plans and system upgrades when appropriate
- Document all work performed and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiarity with basic sheet metal work and air balancing
- Certificate of completion from an accredited HVAC Technical School is a plus
