The SKM Welder is a skilled construction worker who plays an essential role in process stainless steel and carbon steel pipe fabrication.
Job Duties:
· Ability to weld to B31.4 API 1104 standards on a 100% XRAY project.
· Checking fit up and prepping for welding.
· Reading blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine
requirements.
· Utilize GTAW and SMAW welding procedures to accomplish welds. GTAW hot and root pass and SMAW fill and cap.
· Following safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
· Perform other duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Must have welding and blueprint reading knowledge.
· Must be reliable and punctual.
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Must have TWIC card or ability to obtain one
· Ability to weld qualify on B31.4
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
· Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Other Requirements:
· Must reside within a 50 mile radius of Wilmington, CA.
· Must pass DISA drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
