Position Summary:
The Certified Welder will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on a variety of materials and components, including plates, pipes, and tanks. The ideal candidate will have experience with stick welding, subarc welding, and preferably TIG welding. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform certified welding using stick, subarc, and TIG (preferred) techniques

Weld on structural components including plates, pipes, and tanks

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welds

Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup and operation

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Certified Welder with current welding certifications (required)

2-5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Proficient in stick welding and subarc welding; TIG welding is a plus

Experience working with pipes and tanks is highly preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Hourly Rate: $32/hr or higher DOE
