Trust & Estate Legal Assistant – Estate Planning & Probate | Westlake Village, CA
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Legal Assistant for a full-time direct-hire opportunity supporting a busy legal practice in Westlake Village. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with deep experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate support.
Location: Westlake Village, CA
Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Assist in the administration of trusts and probate matters, including document management and calendaring
- Draft and record deeds, create closing binders, and manage legal files
- Edit, proofread, scan, and organize legal documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Handle client correspondence and communication with discretion and clarity
- Support attorneys by anticipating case needs and managing tasks proactively
- Coordinate deadlines, filings, and follow-ups, including court filing and e-filing where applicable
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate
- Strong administrative, calendaring, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Pro
- Experience with e-filing or probate court filing is a plus
- Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems preferred
- Ability to manage assignments independently and take initiative
