We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented leasing coordinator to support our growing commercial real estate team. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
· Answer and route incoming calls; capture key info
· Respond promptly to emails and inquiries
· Schedule and coordinate meetings with tenants, vendors, and brokers
Data Entry & CRM Management
· Maintain and update Airtable and Salesforce databases
· Input and organize sales and lease comps
· Manage contact records and transaction tracking
Marketing & Property Listings
· Monitor listings on platforms like CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi
· Coordinate brochure creation and updates
· Assist with property photo shoots and signage installations
· Manage posts across company social media accounts
Digital Prospecting
· Conduct email outreach to local businesses
· Send direct messages via social platforms
· Help execute outbound email marketing campaigns
Brokerage Support
· Assist with property tours and vendor access
· Provide general field and administrative support
Qualifications
· Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
· Must be able to work on-site in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
· Real Estate Salesperson license highly preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Bilingual is a plus (but not required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
