The Salon on Doheny is a hair salon in the West Hollywood, just outside of Beverly Hills. Our clients include men, women, and children for all their haircare needs.
As a cosmetologist at our salon, you'll be responsible for providing hair and make-up to our clients in order to help them look their best. The ideal candidate will love working in a fast-paced environment, have previous experience working with beauty products and be proficient in a variety of hair and make-up techniques. You will also be responsible for the cleanliness of your work station, sterilizing of all instruments used for hair and make-up, plus ensuring that all products used are properly inventoried.
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on the newest hair and makeup styles.
- Style and cut hair according to customers' requests.
- Perform manicures and pedicures.
- Advise customers on hair coloring and coloring techniques.
- Apply makeup to customers' faces, hands, and feet.
- Educate customers about new products and treatments.
- Condition hair.
- Explain the benefits of different hair treatments.
- Dry hair.
- Texture hair.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
