Responsibilities:
- Assist with extension services, color preparation, shampooing, and finishing
- Maintain salon cleanliness and readiness throughout the day
- Support Kacey Welch directly in managing appointments and product usage
- Ensure a seamless, luxurious experience for each client
Requirements:
- California cosmetology license (no exceptions)
- Minimum 1 year of salon experience preferred
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Strong understanding of color theory, extension care, and luxury client expectations
- Willingness to learn and uphold the standards of The Kacey Welch Method
Compensation:
- $25 per hour
