We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic services and possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare regimens and product usage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Assist in sales of skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the beauty industry, including advancements in cosmetology and barbering techniques.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of Millennium software for scheduling and client management is a plus.
- Previous experience in product demos, sales, or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
