Job Description:
We’re hiring Electronics & Wireless Sales Associates who are enthusiastic, career-minded, and ready to make an impact! This is a customer-facing retail role where you’ll help people with wireless device activations, upgrades, billing questions, and recommend products to enhance their mobile experience.
This position is not door-to-door or remote—you will be working in a professional in-store setting with customers.
Pay Structure:
$19.00–$22.00 per hour
Hourly base pay with performance bonuses and sales incentives available. This is not commission-only pay.
Employment Type:
Full-time and part-time W-2 employee positions available
What You’ll Do:
- Assist walk-in customers with phone activations, upgrades, and billing questions
- Recommend phone plans, devices, and accessories based on customer needs
- Upsell products to enhance the customer’s experience and satisfaction
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Attend training to stay updated on wireless products and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
- Great communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Career-focused and motivated to grow with the company
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and retail holidays
- Interest in electronics, mobile tech, and wireless solutions
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
