What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated, skilled, and customer-focused Service & Repair HVAC Technicians who are ready to join a professional, high-performance team committed to energy efficiency and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems
- Accurately troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions to customers
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and upgrades
- Ensure all work meets local and state codes and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service/repair experience
- EPA 608 Certification (Required)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
