We are looking for highly motivated residential and commercial installers to work on new A/C systems and equipment for both commercial and residential properties. We require installers with a minimum of 3-4 years of on-the-job experience in the field. Candidates should be eager to learn and have the potential to become Lead Installers within a short time frame. Candidates should be professional and willing to provide an extremely high quality service to our customers.

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a good driving record
No Drugs
Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.
Must know how to use hand tools, saw, and some electronic devices
Follow directions as given and take the initiative
Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
Understand how to use a tape measure
Arrive on time daily
Dress in a workmanlike manner
Ability to use a hammer
Unloading/Stocking supplies and Equipment
Unloading/Loading truck
Cut & drill holes
Ability to fill out a daily time card accurately
Be able to carry 100 pounds
Insulate duct
Build platforms (some construction background)
Basic Common Sense
Must provide extremely neat and clean work
