ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on your role, your day may include:
- Welcoming clients and setting the tone for their visit
- Performing soothing scalp and shampoo rituals
- Assisting with trays, rinses, blowouts, and styling
- Guiding clients through our curated retail experience
- Learning alongside top stylists and participating in advanced education
- Taking ownership of your station and contributing to salon flow
HYBRID COMMISSION PROGRAM (For Licensed Stylists)
Work independently, but never alone.
Our hybrid model is built for stylists who want flexibility, without the cost or isolation of chair rental. You pay commission only on your services. That’s it.
- Bring your own clients or take overflow from the salon
- Set your own schedule — part-time, full-time, or in-between
- Access our luxe backbar, premium retail, and front desk support
- No yearly contracts, hidden fees, or long-term commitments
- Grow at your own pace with real community support
