Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in plumbing and gain hands-on experience in the field. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learning the essential skills required to succeed in the plumbing industry. You will be involved in various tasks that contribute to the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
What You'll Do
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential service and construction plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Help with loading/unloading materials, preparing job sites, and cleaning up after work is completed.
- Follow directions closely while gradually building independence and skill.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in various conditions, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
- Basic understanding of plumbing concepts or prior construction experience will be beneficial
- Ability to arrive on time and ready to work each day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
