Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a state-wide service provider specializing in skilled trade services. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing commercial and residential HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance without the pressure of selling HVAC jobs. We are seeking a technician with a minimum of five years of recent and relevant HVAC Service experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. This position offers a Monday–Friday work schedule, a two-week training period, and annual performance reviews. Technicians are provided with a company vehicle and gas card, and enjoy the flexibility to start their service routes from home or from the regional shop location. Service coverage areas are within the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County.
Scope of Work
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide informative customer service, explaining technical details in a clear and professional manner
- Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures while working on-site and operating company vehicles
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department’s growth
Requirements:
- Five years of recent and relevant HVAC service experience in both commercial and residential settings
- Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication
