Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install Duct Work / Sheet Metal
- Refrigeration / Copper; Pipe fitting and brazing
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to design and build efficient HVAC systems tailored to client needs.
- Perform field service tasks, including inspections and diagnostics of HVAC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations and repairs.
Skills
- 10-20 years of experience in Commercial HVAC installation.
- Proficient in HVAC installation techniques, including air conditioning systems and ammonia refrigeration.
- Strong understanding of plumbing principles related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to weld components as needed for system installations or repairs.
- Experience in property maintenance is a plus, enhancing the ability to address various client needs effectively.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles for efficient system layout and operation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
