As an expanding firm in the Los Angeles area, we are seeking a driven individual to fill an entry-level Sales Team Member position. As the entry-level Sales Team Member, you will work closely with our team to gain hands-on experience in building customer relationships, delivering sales solutions, and working towards a leadership position. The entry-level Sales Team Member position is our customers first interaction with our company so we are looking for someone who is eager to work with customers and motivated by helping others and providing superior service. The Sales Team Member will work to drive customer engagement, increase sales orders, and ensure customers are satisfied with their service and product.
Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
- Connect with current and new customers to present products and services tailored to their needs, highlighting the value it will add to their daily lives
- Build genuine relationships with customers to understand customers needs and recommend suitable products
- Address customers questions and concerns during sales process so they have a clear understanding the entire time
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts managed and sales activities to track customer retention
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a seamless sales experience and satisfaction
- Participate in weekly meetings with senior management to gain a comprehensive understanding of every part of the business and develop the skills necessary to potentially move up within the company
Qualifications of our Sales Team Member:
- Previous experience as an entry-level Sales Associate, in customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual
- Ability to meet goals independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the local office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,375.00 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
