We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager who knows how to build, scale, and optimize an affiliate program that converts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects.
Your Mission:
Aggressively scale Ardell’s TikTok affiliate program from 100 to 1,000+ new TikTok Shop affiliates per month through proactive outreach, creator engagement, and smart performance optimization.
1. Own & Scale Our Affiliate Network
- Lead recruitment of TikTok creators to join and actively promote Ardell via the TikTok Shop affiliate program.
- Manage and optimize onboarding workflows to ensure high conversion and quick activation.
- Run day-to-day outreach and relationship-building using TikTok DMs, email, and CRM tools.
2. Drive Affiliate Sales Through Content & Incentives
- Build and launch high-impact affiliate campaigns, challenges, and content prompts that inspire creators to post and sell.
- Write and distribute weekly affiliate newsletters with tips, new product drops, and top-performer recognition.
- Offer guidance to affiliates on how to improve their content and conversion strategy, turning average creators into top sellers.
3. Automate & Optimize for Scale
- Use affiliate tools, databases, and automation software to streamline outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics to identify top affiliates, content formats, and conversion drivers.
- Adjust strategy in real time based on what’s working — always optimizing for ROI and scale.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience with TikTok Shop.
- A true self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and able to independently manage campaigns without needing constant direction.
- Results-focused mindset with a proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and hitting aggressive growth goals and reporting on them.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok’s creator culture and affiliate ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where speed and execution matter.
- Strong grasp of affiliate KPIs and how to optimize campaigns for conversions.
