Lee's Air Plumbing and Heating is seeking people to join as an HVAC Maintenance & Service Technician, this person will play a key role in delivering top-quality HVAC solutions. If you have hands-on experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems
- Run diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment
- Clearly explain issues and options to customers
- Recommend repairs and coordinate with sales for replacements
- Accurately document all visits and findings in ServiceTitan
- Review job info before each call (customer, equipment, history)
- Complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Collaborate with fellow techs, sales, and leadership to level up service
Qualifications
- EPA Type 2 Certification
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC service experience (2+ preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
