Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Associate in Anaheim, CA.
As a Production Associate you will:
Troubleshooting, repairing, identifying issues, and deviations from specs, and taking necessary action
Report, batch records, equipment logs, document and communicate interdepartmental issues to engineering, quality, and production
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, such as assembly machines, and conveyors, to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Follow SOPs and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Provide support in other areas of the production process as needed.
Ensure that production meets quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
Special projects, provide support for the production process as needed
This is a full time opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
Working knowledge of manufacturing workflows, tools. And documentation.
Skill in identifying, escalating, and documenting production anomalies.
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and production demands.
Strong communication skills for reporting metrics and status updates.
Ability to multitask and meet production deadlines without compromising quality.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Pay rate: $20.00-$21.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
