Job Overview
We’re seeking experienced HVAC Installers to join our team immediately. In this role, you’ll take charge of installing new furnaces, A/C units, and ductwork, ensuring top-quality workmanship on every job. Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems
- Interpret schematics and blueprints
- Evaluate job sites and determine best equipment placement
- Connect/test gas lines, electrical, and refrigerant lines
- Work safely with power tools and electrical wiring
- Follow all building codes and safety protocols
- Lift and install heavy equipment in varied environments (rooftops, tight spaces, etc.)
- Keep work areas safe and clean
- Log work accurately in ServiceTitan
- Coordinate with teammates for smooth installs
Qualifications
- Type 2 EPA
- Minimum 1 year HVAC install experience
- Previous experience leading teams of installers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
