Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have hands-on experience in field service, property maintenance, and equipment repair. This role involves working with various HVAC systems, including air conditioning and ammonia refrigeration units, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
- Assist in the design and implementation of HVAC systems as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is essential.
- Familiarity with field service operations and property maintenance practices.
- Experience with VRF systems, Mitsubishi, Daikin etc.
- Skills in commercial HVAC service and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
