Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Laser Welding Technician to join our team. In this role, you will operate a state-of-the-art laser welding machine to assemble and connect delicate components with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly focused, has experience with laser welding or similar precision techniques, and is committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a laser welding machine for assembling and welding delicate components.
- Inspect components before and after welding to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laser welding equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the assembly and quality control teams to maintain production flow and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are ready for use.
- Document production activities, including materials used and quality checks completed.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Experience operating laser welding machines or similar precision welding equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, delicate components.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Preferred:
- Experience in precision assembly or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of laser welding techniques and equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with using inspection tools such as calipers or microscopes.
