Your Role & Responsibilities
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be the face of Dial ONE Schilling, providing expert solutions and building customer trust:
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting on various residential HVAC systems.
Execute efficient and effective repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommending optimal, long-term solutions to improve their lives.
Educate customers on system operation, energy efficiency, and preventive maintenance.
Accurately document all service calls, repairs, and sales.
Conduct home service calls from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all types of residential HVAC systems, from floor furnaces to heat pumps.
Ability to own and maintain a basic set of hand tools (specialized tools provided).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills; you understand that keeping a customer's needs top of mind is key to success.
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
