We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator who enjoys working in a collaborative atmosphere and is ready to make an impact on high-profile projects.
What You'll DoAs an Estimator, you'll be a key player in planning and executing construction projects by delivering accurate, data-driven cost estimates.
🔹 Analyze blueprints and project specifications to determine scope, materials, and labor needs
🔹 Create comprehensive cost estimates-including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead
🔹 Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align budgets and timelines
🔹 Use software tools like Bluebeam to ensure accuracy and clear documentation
🔹 Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
🔹 Track project costs during construction to ensure budgets stay on target
What We're Looking For✔ 3+ years of estimating experience in construction or metal fabrication
✔ Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar estimating software
✔ Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for accurate pricing
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Understanding of construction principles-scheduling, budgeting, and risk analysis
✔ Familiarity with site operations and safety protocols
✔ Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required)
✔ Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
