We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Glendale, CA. This role requires a skilled professional capable of working both independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across multiple facilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC units
- Monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS) and unit controls
- Managing and resolving HVAC-related service tickets for multiple buildings
- Performing complex repairs, including:
- Replacing transformers and compressors
- Welding tasks as needed
Requirements:
Licenses/Certifications:
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills across various HVAC systems and equipment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Trade school certification or training
- Basic electrical skills
- Basic plumbing skills
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HVAC experience
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Software Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) preferred
