Job Title: HVAC Technician

About the Role
Our leading commercial real estate client is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support operations across multiple buildings. This is a hands-on role for a skilled professional who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems and possess strong diagnostic capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across multiple buildings
- Review and respond to HVAC tickets and maintenance requests daily
- Check Building Management Systems (BMS) and unit controls for irregularities
- Perform advanced repair work, including:
- Replacing transformers and compressors
- Performing welding tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other technicians and facility teams to resolve HVAC issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation through CMMS and Microsoft Office tools
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Completion of a technical or trade school program
- Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC system automation and controls
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, facilities-based setting covering multiple buildings
- Involves daily fieldwork, equipment troubleshooting, and repairs
- Regular interaction with internal maintenance teams and other facilities personnel

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
