Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed contractor to serve as our Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) for our plumbing business in California. This is a critical role to maintain compliance with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) requirements. The ideal candidate will have an active C-36 plumbing license and the ability to supervise and oversee operations. Flexible terms and competitive compensation offered.
Responsibilities
Serve as the RMO for our business under CSLB guidelines.
Ensure compliance with California contractor licensing regulations.
Oversee and manage all operations and projects as required by CSLB.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
Sign and approve necessary documentation related to licensing.
Be available for CSLB audits or inquiries.
Skills
- Must possess an active California C-36 Plumbing License in good standing with the CSLB.
- Experience as an RMO is preferred but not required.
- Ability to fulfill CSLB’s supervision and control requirements.
- Strong knowledge of California contractor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $800.00 - $850.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA
