About the Role:
We are a leading manufacturer of cryogenic deflashing equipment and are looking for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This role focuses on precision welding and fabrication of stainless steel and aluminum components used in our specialized machines.
The ideal candidate is skilled, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
TIG weld stainless steel and aluminum to meet production standards
Fabricate and assemble parts for cryogenic deflashing equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
Perform sheet metal fabrication and fitting work as needed
Use a variety of power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of TIG welding/fabrication experience
Welding certification required
High school diploma or GED
Graduate of a trade school or equivalent technical training
Basic knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and sheet metal fabrication
Must be able to speak and understand Spanish
Strong attention to detail and ability to work from technical drawings
