We are looking for a hands-on Tech Support Supervisor to lead a small team supporting lithium battery products used in the golf cart industry. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and customer-facing service.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the tech support team in diagnosing and resolving battery-related issues for golf cart applications.

Coordinate on-site service visits and training for customers across the U.S.

Review and maintain accurate service records and case documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring technical problems.

Handle complex support cases and ensure timely, professional customer responses.

Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with lithium batteries (Preferred)

Associates degree in relative field or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required

Fluent Chinese speaking skill is preferred
