Retail Merchandiser – California

Part-time leased labor

Hours – up to 16 hours

Pay: $25.00/hour and mileage reimbursement

RESPONSIBILITES:

· Merchandise, stock, and rotate bread and cake products on a company assigned restock route at various retail partners. Adhere to the stop sequence, and established service times to drive efficiency and to ensure continued customer satisfaction and consistent service times

· Adhere to the fresh market policy by appropriately rotating product. Always ensure shelf life is maximized with proper rotation of products (First in, First out)

· Adhere to required customer shelf schematic/plan-o-gram to ensure customer compliance

· Restock and straighten out shelves and displays at each service

· Check in and communicate with store management at each visit

· Establish and maintain a sound, professional working relationship with key personnel

· Maintain a professional appearance

· Maintain cleanliness of an organized workspace

· Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Possess a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and have or obtain a reliable means of transportation to and from stores

· Must be able to work Sunday and Wednesday morning – 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

· Must clock in and contact manager each morning confirming you are working
