We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong sales acumen. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive care products.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience working with International buyers and managing overseas accounts
- Experience in planning, organizing or representing the company at trade show is required.
- Willing to travel for client visits, trade shows and business development.
Qualification
- University degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Mandarin language skills are a plus
