Job Overview:
Redline Air Inc is urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial, industrial, and government facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and service commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
Perform preventative maintenance, including filter changes, duct cleaning, and refrigerant refills.
Test HVAC/R systems for proper operation, pressure, and leaks using gauges and diagnostic tools.
Test electrical circuits or components for continuity and repair or replace faulty wiring and components.
Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing technical training, including manufacturer-specific and OSHA safety training.
Travel to various project sites (with per diem provided when necessary).

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on HVAC/R service experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of chillers, air handlers, heat pumps, and geothermal systems.
Valid Driver's License and EPA Certification required.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
High level of professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available
Monday to Friday (additional overtime opportunities available)

Work Location:

Projects across Commercial, Industrial, and Government/Federal sectors.
Primary work based in Chino, CA with potential travel (per diem provided).
