Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our HVAC/Plumbing supply branches. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HVAC supplies, proven leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, support sales efforts, and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, pricing, and profitability.
Engage with customers to provide expert guidance and close sales.
Support both counter and outside sales teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
Manage inventory levels, product transfers, and shipping logistics.
Identify new product and business opportunities based on customer needs.
Drive sales growth and profitability initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise store employees and coordinate with HR on personnel matters.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Solid operational and business acumen.
Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical skills to interpret marketing and business reports.
Proficient in computer systems; experience with inventory and POS systems (Eclipse experience is a plus).
High school diploma required; college degree or technical training preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
