We focus primarily on service, swap outs, and design. Working on our projects will set you up for a long and successful career in HVAC.
You will focus on servicing, improving, and designing systems that operate efficiently and serve customers for years to come. While we primarily operate in San Fernando Valley, we serve many clients throughout greater LA County.
You will join a small but growing company and will be an integral member of the team from day one. You can expect to perform all the fundamental tasks of HVAC.
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in the industry, is capable of doing most service calls without a senior tech, is personable, and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and propose solutions for residential HVAC systems
- Service, and repair HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist team members with installations and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC troubleshooting, repairs and installations
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and their functions
- Advanced ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and installation manuals
- Valid driver's license
- Good people skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Must be able to perform basic math
- Problem solving is required to identify issues and create action plans
- English speaking and writing
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, warm spaces, and at heights
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
