Title: HVAC Technician
Summary: As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for
commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled
maintenance.
Resource's typical working day:
Checking work orders
Checking in with manager for jobs that pop up
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair as necessary
General maintenance and light electrical repair as necessary

2-5 years
Level of Education:
H.S. Diploma or GED
Systems/Software proficiencies:

Certifications/Licenses:
Universal 608 highly preferred
