Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The HVAC Installer will ensure that all systems are installed according to specifications and operate efficiently.
Duties
- Install air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment according to design specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete installation projects on time.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
Skills
- Proficient in air conditioning installation and repair techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with equipment repair processes and tools.
- Ability to design HVAC layouts based on client needs and specifications.
- Valid driver's license for van driving to various job sites.
- Experience as a service technician is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
