Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, property maintenance, and mechanical skills to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications and schematics.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Diagnose and repair issues with heating and cooling systems using tools such as ohmmeters and welders.
- Perform plumbing tasks as needed to support HVAC installations and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during service calls.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex HVAC problems effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair is preferred.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Experience in field service roles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and their components is essential.
