Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for tools and workstations, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable services.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and techniques, providing innovative and stylish services.
- Assist clients in selecting retail products that support their nail care routines, enhancing their overall experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer journey from start to finish.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in a variety of nail care techniques, including acrylics, gels, and natural nail treatments.
- Strong understanding of cosmetology principles and practices.
- Experience with eyelash extensions and hair styling is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of retail math to assist in effective product sales.
- Exceptional communication skills that foster strong client relationships and understanding of their needs.
- Previous experience in retail sales is desirable to successfully promote products.
- Understanding of hair extensions and barbering techniques is an added advantage.
